"Despite previous reviews about 'pilling' (modern new flannelette does and just means more hoovering!) I decided these were the very thing I had been looking for. Despite searching the web and local stores very little flannelette is on offer and not very nice patterns or colours. So when a friend suggested QVC I was delighted to find the choice available. This set is extremely good quality and make - deep fitted sheet actually fits deep mattress - pillow tucks are deep with plenty material - hooray at last! The creamy colour is a perfect match to our bedroom furniture. The sheets are silky and luxurious and were too warm for last night - but I couldn't wait! Thank you Northern Nights and QVC for some shopping that hasn't been a disappointment! Well Done!! And PS I bought two sets right at the outset and willl be back for more - please Northern Nights increase pretty patterns and subtle colours!"
"This set seemed to tick all the boxes when I first put it on the bed. It was soft and warm, so snug when I tucked myself in but in the morning I couldn't believe the 'snow' all around the bed. It has been washed several times since but the fluff is always there next morning.It is such a shame because the set is so lovely to sleep in. I also followed the advice about washing first before use."
"I bought this set as a TSV and I have to say I wouldn't be without it. It is so comfortable, warm and suggly. It does tend to get a bit of fluff on things but it is worth it. I absolutely love this set so much that I ordered a second NN Heavyweight flannel set. The price is amazing for a 6 piece 100% cotton set. My only complaint is now it is almost impossible to get out of bed. Even my other half has fallen in love with it and on his days off stays in bed late reading because it is so warm and cozy. If you don't know whether or not to try this set just go for it, it is amazing."
