Nice heart, shame about the chain
"Lovely colour red heart. Just a shame about the very lightweight chain. The two don't match. I made the decision to keep the heart and add to an existing, more substantial chain."

Perhaps dispense with the chain?
"a lovely, weighty, "puffed-up" little heart which is let down by the fine flimsy chain provided. Not too keen on the clip-on bail (which can catch on the chain), but unfortunately having to consider purchasing a more robust chain to put this heart on means that this works out to be an expensive necklace. The heart itself is very pretty. I'd chosen purple which was a nice deep shade, but upon reflection I'm returning the item just because the chain provided it not up to the job. Perhaps QVC should consider selling the heart only?"

dissapointed
"i purchased this heart as a gift but was dissapointed when it arrived. The chain was so fine that it was tangled when it arrived and i felt the heart looked rather cheap to be honest -not enough gold colour inside so you could clearly see the plastic sleeve. feel the pricing should be addressed as it seems rather overpriced to me. sorry"

was not sure and
"dithered about this when I read other reviews because of the
thin chain. However am so glad I ordered it. The chain is
fine, but I can do it up alright without help and it catches the
light nicely. The red heart I chose is perfect. A very striking
piece."
