"This little machine promises a lot and so far hasn't let me down. When setting this up, I did it the hard way and called my number from my mobile (rather than just entering the number) because I wanted to see how it worked. Unfortunately I found the line very 'hissy' and couldn't hear the announcements clearly but stuggled on and got it right. When my niece called me I had the problem of '1578' answering the phone call before True Call could get there but again, got that sorted straight away. But those are the only two problems I've had. Everything else has worked perfectly and the number of times I've been 'cold called' has dropped. Any businesses that I want to call me can still get through, although if they withold their number (Doctors, Hospital, etc), they still won't get through and so I give them my mobile number and they can get me that way. All in all, I'd say that this is an excellent product and well worth the money. It comes with four (yes, four) instruction booklets but thankfully one of them is headed 'For people who don't read instruction manuals'. As a bloke that automatically includes me and I was grateful for it as all I wanted to do was connect it up and play with it. If I didn't already have one of these, I'd buy it! It would make an excellent gift for anyone who gets too many 'unwanted' calls or someone you worry about."
