"I have to agree with wittlewam. I purchased this and within a week it arrived. As the presenter did not go into the fax facility on air, I was a bit worried. I took it out of the box (the hardest part) and set the device up within minutes. The longest part was the setting up the software with my computer. Once completed, I was asked if I would like to set up the fax facility, I have not looked back, it was simple. The print quality is fantastic and easy to use. This is a replacement for the C5180 which I also purchased on QVC, nothing wrong with the old one at all, just wanted to upgrade and glad I chose this particular model and brand. I to was a bit put off by the negative comments but I have not any problems as yet and don't think I will. I would recomend this printer and brand due to it being very easy to use, set up and value for money. Another hit, well done QVC."
