Good product but packaging disaster
"I loved the texture and light coverage of this.
However, I found like others, that it was very difficult to get the product out of the tube, through the sponge.
When I took the sponge out i couldn't get it back in.
Eventually the whole of the top came off.
Would have preferred a tube or pump.
Tho' it was good i would try another brand next time"

sponge applicator
"I love ybs especially the foundation it gives a perfect coverage to your complexion. The only problem i had was that the sponge applicator comes disconnected from the foundation and it is a problem to get the foundation out of the tube. And i think people with dexterity problems would struggle with it. So please stacy could you re design your packaging. Thanks for the lovely products you bring us, keep up the good work Q V C."

packaging the problem!
"I love this foundation as I did the Models prefer, but the packaging and application cause problems for me.
I would like the old style bottle/tube as it was so much easier to dispense therefore making it easier to use and not so messy. I do think the sponge applicator much softer than the old ones.
Please rethink the packaging. I shall not be buying this again and will have to find another product which is a shame as the light colour is perfect for my skin tone."

Great Foundation
"I am new to YBF products and having watched Stacey I thought I would give them a try and I am glad I did. I also bought the face primer. Both products are lovely to use and the foundation gives good cover without looking caked. In the past I have used gel primers but I think I prefer YBF. I can understand how some people find the packaging difficult to use. Yes sometimes you can squeeze the tube and some product comes out only to disappear into the tube again. I do like the sponge applicator so I tend to squeeze the foundation into the palm of my hand then use the sponge to apply. I hope QVC and Stacey will take note of these packaging comments."
