"These are perfectly effective, inoffensive, nice products - as you'd expect for the price. There are products out there that will do the same job, smell stronger (if that's what you want), and cost many times less, but there's really nothing to object to here - it does what it says, and I might even buy it again.
So much for the product itself. My real comments concern the packaging. Aside from the fact that so little (either shampoo or conditioner) is needed, so that these dinky little sizes will sit neatly on the bathroom shelf for ages, there are a couple of fairly serious drawbacks. First, the caps will not be the easiest for anyone with any sort of dexterity problem - I struggle daily, just with wet hands, and I don't have arthritis. Secondly, after a couple of uses the print on the shampoo & conditioner bottles has detatched itself from the bottles - making them indistinguishable from each other - and will get all over your tidy bathroom!"
