I received these today, they take listening to my IPod to another level. As someone who listens to Northern soul, 60s R&B , these are great, make even tunes that are over 40 years old sound fantastic,very pleased.

Really quite disappointed with these. I was after some headphones that would stand up to running, and be good for my 4 hour daily commute, and these seemed to be the best about. However I struggled with getting the fit right in my ears. Tried a few of the other sizes, but the size of the bud itself seems quite large, and still felt like it was going to pop out of my ear. However I decided to road test them on a walk into town. I appreciate they clearly state they are not noise canceling headphones, but the traffic noise whilst walking along the street meant I had to have the volume turned right up. And the sound quality wasn't really what I expected from a brand such as Bose. My music sounded tinny, and I was struggling to hear any bass whilst out and about. Inside the house, the sound quality was much improved, but the point of me getting these headphones was to use whilst out and about. They're fiddly to get in your ears right, and I found whilst taking them in and out of my ears whilst going from shop to shop fiddly and time consuming. All in all for the price, I expected better.
Because using them outside, the sound seemed so tinny, it felt like they were overall quite leaky. I daren't try them on the train to work, as I expect the volume I'll have to have them to hear my music at will cause major sound leakage and annoy fellow commuters, who are grumpy enough already!
Overall, if your ears are on the small and delicate side, I'd say avoid.

I have had these earphones for several months now and feel I must write a review as they are truly exceptional. I have a tiny Nano iPod and the sound quality I get from it with these earphones is beyond belief, I cannot fault it. I actually prefer listening through these than using my Bose wave music system as I think the crispness and clarity you can hear is so much more evident. Sooo pleased I chose these.

Fantastic sound quality

I have been considering purchasing these for some time. I already have a sound dock and love the sound from that. When I saw the headphones on easy pay I decided to try them. They arrived today and I have been walking around the house listening to music through the for over an hour!! The sound quality is excellent. I normally find in ear headphones uncomfortable after just a short period of time. These are so comfy. I don't listen to music particularly loud but they are blocking background sounds well and, just like the sound dock, I feel like I am listening to the music live!! Highly recommended.
