Easily the most expensive earphones I have ever purchased, but I have no regrets. I never found inner ear headphones very comfortable, BOSE have created a more secure and firmer way of keeping the speakers securely in place. The sound quality is fantastic, I use them with a Bluetooth headset on my Android phone. The case seems a bit of a gimmick but it keeps them out of harms way when you're not using them. Give them a go you won't regret it

Purchased as a gift so far receiver is very happy with quality of sound used with Ipod, he also has other Bose equipment too.

I got a set of these over a year ago for my son for Christmas. He has used them frequently and like so many other earphones lost connection into one of the earphones. I contacted QVC who advised I was out of warranty but was told it might be worth contacting Bose. I contacted Bose who were extremely helpful and advised that I should return the product with proof of purchase, which I did. My son has now been sent a replacement pair. Bose have been excellent in their customer service and I, as well as my son, who loves his Bose, are very happy with the outcome. Thank you QVC/Bose. A very happy customer.

good quality bose earphone bought these for my 17 year old son for Christmas, he loves them does not go any where without them.
