I really do not see why this hasn't got any s* reviews. I bought this for my husband who isn't an expert photographer - just point and shoot. When we got it I played with it for a bit doing all the set up and a few photos and I was impressed by the ease of use and the special effects. Now for my husbands experience. we just spent a very sunny day at Buckfast Abbey and OK I admit that you can't see the screen in bright sunlight but we have had 7 digital cameras and I also have a digital SLR and hubby has a phone with a camera and on NONE of these can you see the screen in bright sunlight. But you see the beauty of the IA setting on this csmera is that you don't really need to - just point it at the subject and ket the csmera do the work. and if you get it wrong first time try again. We just downloaded the pictures I took while playing and the ones he took today and the depth and clarity is amazing. Even the one taken at max zoom is clear and sharp - he had to stabilise the csmera on the top of the car but that is the caee with any zoom - you need either a tripod or to stabilise the camera. We are both looking forward to experimenting further with this camera and are both pleased at getting such a good camera at a bargain price. I think the only negative is the instruction - I downloaded them and printed them off so we could take on holiday and they make a weighty tome - a quick reference leaflet would have been useful. But that is the only issue we have

Good camera - lots of features

I sent for this camera as a gift for my husband. Unfortunately it did not have a view finder which my husband particularly wanted. However he did try the camera and was very impressed with the quality of the pictures taken and the different features the camera offered. He was very tempted to keep the camera, but decided to return it to QVC in order to purchase one with a view finder. Thought it was only fair to give this review and thank QVC for the opportunity to try all their prroducts on the 30- day money back guarantee. I have been a QVC customer for almost 20 years.

First ever product from QVC that I regret ordering

I ordered this camera as a present and the person involved after going to Spain on holiday with it came back to me ( very embarrassed ) saying that it was impossible to use in the sunny weather as the reflection from the viewer made it impossible to see what you was trying to photograph. I can confirm this as I have tried using it myself here. I cannot understand how the QVC buyers did not notice this ! I am returning the camera !

VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS CAMERA,TOOK ON HOLS TO CRETE AND COULD NOT SEE THE DISPLAY AT REAR DUE TO SUNLIGHT,CANNOT SEE DISPLAY THEN CANNOT TAKE THE BEST PICTURES.
