If you don't want GPS (eats the battery) and you don't want Wifi (eats the battery) then this little gem is the best superzoom "travel" camera in the market place right now. Fabulous long zoom, fabulous macro and everything in between. Fits in your shirt pocket. What you waiting for - snap one up!!

Got this super-quick and took out box, put instructions aside (as you do), put battery in and wow, easy-peasy. It asked me to set up date and time and then I started taking photos. I took a photo of a photo on office wall and it is amazingly clear! Also, it is a beautiful camera, really smart. Really pleased got at this price as I had already bought a bridge camera, very nice but too big but could justify buying this - as stated above, well pleased!!

A SUPERB COMPACT CAMERA

QVC price for this camera was the cheapest by far&delivery was only 4days.The camera has a solid metal feel with excellent,simple,quality controls.Photo and HD movie reproduction is1st class(here you can simply changed the movie settings on the camera to suite older computers which are not HD movie compatible.This helps when uploading and burning movies onto your dvds,additionally this also saves disc space).The screen size and clarity is superb and when using the on screen menu makes your selection simple.I love the movie record button,turn camera on,press record button and your recording,how simple is that! If there was a down-side perhaps the usb/charger cable supplied could be longer,buts thats all. The software provided is simple to use and user friendly if you feel the need to use it. I generally just drag and drop my photo's and movies directly into a folder i created on my computer.The Panasonic does this perfectly. In suming up this is one excellent camera which gives first class results without confusing the user. Turn on the camera,set the select switch to "iA" and begin to take the perfect photo every time,or press the record button and begin filming.What more do you want from a camera of this type and build quality.

I bought the TZ27 from a local store last September to take on holiday with me. It took beautiful video and snaps, I am so please with it, best camera I have ever owed. I can put the SD card into the slot on my Panasonic DVD recorder and download to the hard drive both video and photos and then make a dvd to keep my memories. You will not be disappointed
