Bought this as a replacement for an older Panasonic Lumix camera and well pleased so far. Easy to use and quick to take pictures, the grandchildren tend to move, fast! Must admit to being a point and fire person almost all the time and this is soooo easy. Pity the included instructions are so brief, I would have liked a bit more information on the other settings etc available. I know you can download, but thats not handy. The disc is suitable to run on XP and W.7 (etc) wonder if it would be OK on W.8? I couldn't in honesty mark the camera down for the last 2 points, its such a bargain, I did look on the internet and Which report first. Well pleased.

Brilliant! I have a Fuji bridge camera which I love, but wanted a smaller one to have handy when the grandchildren are around.
Simple to set up, a doddle to use - with small, fast-moving grandchildren I use the sports mode and 5fps burst mode and get stunning photos.
I cannot praise it highly enough and endorse the other reviews, At this price is it not to be missed, if you're looking for this sort of camera, get it before the price goes up!!

I recently purchased this item and so glad I did, what a camera for the price, QVC are giving it away (a steal at the price) so don't be fooled by the price tag. Having received it in the normal delivery time, I set to work and tried it out. I was amazed how simple it was to set up and use, it literally took a few minutes (after charging the battery of course). The quality of the shots is quite phenomenal considering the size and price. I took a picture on full zoom without a tripod and the picture was sharp, in focus with no camera shake. The definition is also incredible. If you are looking for a versatile, easy to use, sturdy, well constructed camera which won't let you down, then look no further. I have always been a fan of Panasonic products so when I saw this camera it was a no brainer for me. However, despite knowing the brand what I was not expecting were the outstanding results that it achieved. Pictures taken with this product are pin sharp and have true to life colours and as for the Full HD video, well this is just astonishing to say that it comes from a compact digital camera, not a video camera.
