Faulty

Had to send this camera back as "faulty" as the battery would not hold any charge. Not sure if this was a problem with the charger or the camera itself . Very disappointed.

Not such good value for the money

I had high hopes for this camera first because of the brand Fuji as love Fuji cameras have been looking for a bridge camera that is not to big and light, with ease of use, well to start with the camera felts good in your hand, could have been smaller in size for me, I would have to agree with the other customer video was not good, I tried taking all type and kind of pictures from a moon shot both when full and 1/2 to 3/4 gave some excellent shots, tried taking photos in our indoor city center, varied quality some not so crisp as others, could have been me mind, used the various modes all seem to work well, had difficulty taking photos of Christmas lights, tried various modes but no luck my compact gave better quality pics, my biggest bug bear is the battery life very poor, so I am afraid another camera going back, this was suppose to my Christmas present,

This camera did not live up to my expectations. My biggest problem with this camera was the very poor quality of the video it took, compared to my two year old Panasonic TZ7 compact camera. Whilst the camera has a 30x zoom the video only has a 3x zoom. In addition the footage when played back was very poor quality. The photos I took were OK, but again compared to my compact I did not feel they were as crisp. I wanted a camera that would give me more manual control over the settings, but this one failed to impress.
