Disappointing

Returned this camera quite quickly,wanted to upgrade my camera and thought this would be the one,the price was certainly very good,unfortunately the camera was not,pictures were of a poor quality and i found the instructions really confusing,to be fair this is not a camera for a beginner and you cant just point and shoot,I think you need to be au fait with photography.Quite a nice looking camera but it has to take good photos easily.

I am no camera expert but I turned this on and I took the best picture I have ever taken of my 3 year old in black and white . So , for me as a camera pleb I like it!!

I hoped this camera would give me amazing photos but it just didn't deliver. I have a compact from another brand which I bought as a TSV a couple years ago. That was a bit more pricy than this but it gave better results even though both cameras are 14m. It doesnt do anything a good compact can't do. It is meant to be smaller than a DSLR, really? It is the same size as as the DLSRs I have seen in the shops. The presentation led us to believe you could just pull this out of your bag and you really can't! Due to the size of the item you would really have to know in advance you were going to be taking pictures. I went away for the weekend somewhere I needed a camera for the sights but I just wasn't happy bringing this beast of a camera. Who has that sort of space in their suitecase? All in all I don't recommend this item at all. Will be sending back for a refund

very poor product

This has to be the worst camera i have bought from QVC. first of all the video is very poor. the colour is well off and the zoom is not smooth. day light pictures inside house are not great and a bit grainy. night time photos outside are very good. all settings are 12 mp and set to fine and full auto. sorry qvc but its going back.
