Great Machine
"I only puchased this machine a couple of weeks ago I cannot tell if it has toned me up as I am all ready toned, just got it as an extra machine. I have always been happy with Tony Littles other machines. I find it easy to use if you step on it as instructed its fine if you feel unsteady on it just hold on to a wall. I do not find it to slip that much, and as for my carpet, it does leave an impression like everything its okay if I run my hand over it after use. I would recommend it and find no problems with it."

ok, but poor build
"I ordered this item three weeks ago and it was delivered really quickly, I've really felt that it was helping me acheive a result and have seen weight loss on scales, but I have just noticed it was making a creaking noise - more than usual, and on closer inspection seen that the area where the left foot plate is attached to frame has cracked in 2 places - this is with two and half weeks of usage every other day.
It seems that the screws holding the footplate on are overly tight, ironic considering all the bolts on the right side of item keep working their way loose, I even found one on floor the day after I first used this item. As much as I've enjoyed using it, I'm going to have to ring customer services and request a refund, there's been too many issues for me to trust in this item again."

What a Shame
"I brought this rock and roll machine at the beginning of June 08 and it was helped me to lose weight and I feel fitter as it really makes you work hard. Unfortunately, I have had to ask a replacement machine tonight as my first one has broken.
Whereas I agree with other reviews, that the machine itself is a good idea and when you use it with the DVD it will help you to get fit, I also agree with the comments that the machine is not made as well as it should be, bearing in mind that you are putting your full weight on it.
As the rock and roller has been good so far, I will give it one more chance and ask for a replacement to try again. But if the new one has any problems, I will have no choice but to send it back and ask for my money back. Its a shame as I was enjoying the exercise and actually felt that I was getting fit."

easy stepper
"i bought this as the tsv and have used it since, 3 times a week for the 15mins. it passes really fast when you use it as the different actions only last a minute each so you dont have lots to do, have dropped a trouser size and feel a lot better for it, it is a good routine and you dont have to do it for hours."

Great for the price, does what it should.
"This is a good machine and worth the money. I tend to use mine whilst watching TV so the time passes easily. I also set it to show the calories I'm working off which is very motivational. For those that find the machine moves in use or leaves marks on the carpet, use an old offcut of carpet underneath it instead of the useless plastic mat that comes with it. I lay the offcut pile side down and haven't had any problems. The machine does creep slightly as you use it but its not hard to move it back into position every so often. The only gripe I have is that a larger display would be useful, as I don't like working out wearing my glasses, but can't see the display properly without them."

BRILLIANT
"I bought this as a TSV. I do exercise regularly so found the DVD entertaining but too easy. I chose a favourite music DVD(Foo Fighters works for me) and originally did 5 nights of 30 mins. I was so impressed at how toned I felt in such a short time. I now use approx 3 times a week.It is soooooo easy but effective. Would def recommend. However do use on a mat as it does mark the carpet!!"

Be Careful
"I have used this a couple of times and nearly fell off twice. I found that when I looked down at the monitor/timer (which is hard to see by the way) it made me lose my balance. The stepper does give you a good workout but if you want to know how much time you have left be careful!! It also moved my rug around when I was excercising. Be warned."

Good fun but a carpet wrecker!!!
"Loved this product when I received it as it was good fun to use once you get your balance, however after only a week of use, it has trodden tram lines deeply into the carpet even whilst using the mat provided.
Bought this to save on gym membership, but its not cost effective if I need to buy a new carpet because of it. !"

Here come the hot stepper...
"I bought this when it was a TSV so I got it at a good price. It is great because you can move it around and use it anywhere. It is fun to use and you can do different movements with your body and arms to vary routines."

Love It
"I bought this product when it was a tsv in january, really love it I use it three times a week and have noticed that I am more toned and am loosing weight. It has also help me with stiffness and pain that I have been having in my hip. I love the dvd that comes with it, the clock in the corner means you can see your progress. When I started I found it hard to do the 5 mins bigginers programme now I do the 10 mins intermediate. Have recommended to friends."

Fun gizmo
"I have used my stepper on a regular basis since my purchase and find it great. I'm not quite sure why its not recommended to use it on a daily basis and I think the dvd could be more user friendly so you dont have to fast forward through the intro."

What a let down!
"After watching this demonstrated as the TSV I was really excited and could not wait for it to be delivered. it definitely looked like fun.... However, when I opened the box, the foot plate was cracked., very poor quality, best to spend a little bit more for a sturdier product. Also noted that it was a lot larger than it looked on the screen. Sent back for a refund!"

Fitness can be fun!
"I bought this a few months ago and it's brilliant! The workout is intense but fun and in 15 minutes you really feel like you've done something. Tony Little is great, really motivational. The main thing for me is that this stepper makes working out fun as it's different to the usual steppers and not hard on the joints. I use mine at least twice week and follow the DVD. I've recommended it to friends who are looking to lose weight. I love mine and wouldn't swap it for anything!"
